Want Garry Conn To Write For You?

Successful Blogging Tips In June I am going to be placing a lot of focus on guest blogging. I really want to expand and gain more readers to my site and commenting and contributing on other blogger’s sites is the number one thing you can do to get more regular readers to your site. In many ways this is even more important than having great rankings in the search engines. By contributing on other sites, you allow other readers to learn more about you under the safety of someone else’s site. Meaning, the things you write about and the things you say are a direct reflection on what a reader can expect to see on your main site. If a reader doesn’t like what they see on the guest site, more likely they won’t like what they see on your main site. The people that click over to view your site are already sold before they even reach your front door! In June, I am going out recruiting for new readers. If you would like for me to make guest appearances on your blog, drop me a comment and let me know. Also, I am still looking for guest bloggers who want to write here on my site. Below are examples of the level of quality you can expect to see from me being a guest writer on your site.

Garry Blogs About Successful Blogging At Blog About Your Blog

Today I posted a wonderful article on Blog about Your Blog that talks all about the mystery of website traffic. I can’t go a single day in the blogosphere without hearing people talk about “More traffic this…. more traffic that”. Yet, I don’t hear many people talk about traffic conversion. Meaning the percentage of traffic you convert into regular readers. In my opinion that is by far the most important attribute towards being successful blogging. It doesn’t matter if you have 10 visits per day or 10,000 visits per day. You have to convert, otherwise you aren’t capturing the interest of the people coming into your site. People visit my site for a reason. It is my job to identify what they want or what they expect. If I can’t deliver, then I fail. So, all in all… it’s not about how much traffic you get to your site, its more about how much traffic you convert. You can read the full story here, “It’s Not Always About Traffic“.

Participating in affiliate programs can be fun and can make a lot of money online… Being successful in affiliate programs can bring you as well as your family tons of enjoyment! But, on the flip side… they can be dangerous. And every time you fill out an online form and submit your personal information, you put yourself as well as your family at risk. Read the full story here, “Don’t Make Money Online by Selling Your Identity“.

Guest Blogging Requests:

If you would like for me to be a guest blogger/writer on your site, drop me a comment below and I will review your site to see if it is a site that I think I could help you and help benefit your readers. Every article I write on your site will get mentioned here. This is a great opportunity to get added traffic to your site and increase the amount of traffic you convert into regular readers.

You use Blogger.com so you will need to invite me as a team member. I have an expansion site that I launched that delivers successful blogging tips exclusively to Blogger.com bloggers. If you visit that site, from there you will be able to find my profile link. From there you should find my email address and request to have me added as a team member for you site. :)

P.S. Next time you comment, please add your website address in the comment forms URI field.

screen shot below:

Be sure to add your website adddress in so that people can visit your site via your comments. Also your name in the Top Commenters section will become linkable also… You Are Missing Out On Gaining Traffic To Your Site. I have been going back and filling this in for you for over a month. I don’t have time to do this for you anymore. If you want people to visit your site from mine easily, remember to add your website address into the URI field of the comments form. :)

Keith,

If you would like, please create me an account on your site. Make sure my username is Garry Conn. Assign my account to “Author” level, as I do my writing using Windows LiveWriter and having contributor level doesn’t allow me to use the program. Register the account using this email address: writeme ["@"] garryconn.com. Use whatever password you want, as it will be mailed to me. From there I will update my profile page, change my password, etc…

When I write a post, I will publish it to drafts so that you can review and approve it. I will not publish it live to your site without permission. :)

I’ve been considering opening up my site to guest bloggers, but haven’t decided either way yet. You would be one of the first 2-3 people I would ask if I do, especially since your style would offer a lot to my readers.

I think guest blogging on other sites is a great way to expose your talents to that sites audience.

When you make that decision, let me know… just go ahead and create the account for me. Typically, contributor level would be fine, but if you could grant me one step higher to “Author” because I use Windows LiveWriter and it won’t transfer at Contributor level. From there when I write, I will save to draft so you can review and approve and post when its best for you. You should have my email address already. :)

George,

That sounds like a ton of fun! Please create me an “Author” level account so that I can publish using Windows LiveWriter. From there when I create articles, I will NOT publish them live… but rather save them into drafts so that you can review, approve and publish when its best for you as well as your readers. My email address to register the account is writeme ["@"] garryconn.com. After you create the account, I will receive an email notification including the password given to me. From there I will update my profile and change the password to something I can remember. :)
